  • Are my document photos uploaded? No—attachments remain on your device only.
  • App shows "Unofficial service" for Permesso status—why? We display results from a public official page, but Italia360 is not a government service.
  • I changed phone—can I restore attachments? Attachments are local; you'll need to add them again on the new device.
