3) User responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter (dates, document types, etc.).
• You must use the app lawfully and not attempt to misuse or disrupt services.
• You should verify official requirements with competent authorities when needed.

4) Unofficial external sources

Some features may display information retrieved from third-party public websites (e.g., Questura pages). We do not control third-party content, availability, or accuracy.

5) Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app at any time, including features that depend on external websites or APIs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Italia360 is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for missed deadlines, incorrect guidance, or outcomes based on the use of the app.

7) Account deletion

You can request account deletion from within the app. Local attachments stored on your device are removed when you delete them in-app or uninstall the app.
